Stacker trucks: From sprinters to endurance specialists
Choosing the right pallet truck for your needs depends, among other things, on the distance to be covered. Do you only cover short distances in your warehouse? In this case, our electric stacker trucks are ideal for flexible transport in pure pedestrian mode. Alternatively our solutions with stand-on platforms and optimised suspension ensure maximum comfort and ergonomic travel, even on uneven floors.
Jungheinrich Etv216
For medium distances, you should opt for electro-hydraulic stackers with combined pedestrian/ride-on operation, while long distances are ideally covered with our electric sideways-seated stackers in ride-on mode.
Stackers in all sizes
As well as length, the width of your warehouse aisles is just as important when it comes to choosing the right stacker for your needs. If your operation is dominated by block stacking and narrow aisles, you should use stacker trucks with a compact width. Alternatively, over long distances and in wide aisles you can offer your employees additional comfort by opting for wider trucks.
Different stacker trucks for different heights
With capacities between one and three tons, our stacker trucks will transport all your goods safely to their intended destination – be it at floor level or at lofty heights. With our electric high-lift pallet trucks, you can easily reach heights between 1600 and 3000 millimetres. Your employees can also use them as work tables, positioned at an optimum, ergonomic reach height. If you require additional height – up to 5350 millimetres for example – you will be better served by one of our pedestrian stackers.
Double-deck pedestrian stackers
Pallet truck and stacker truck in one: Our double-deck pedestrian stackers can transport two Euro pallets simultaneously with a total capacity of up to two tons. Compared with conventional trucks, our electric pedestrian stackers can complete your internal transport tasks at double the speed. This greatly increases the overall efficiency of your warehouse.

AUTOMATION AT THE CORE OF OUR FUTURE GROWTH
In our Strategy 2025+, we anchor the automation of intralogistics as a central future and growth area for the Group. Against this background, Jungheinrich is pushing ahead with the expansion of its automation portfolio, particularly in the areas of automated guided vehicles, automated storage/retrieval systems and order picking systems, software and robotics. Our aim is to open up new markets and to achieve an even stronger market position, especially in e-commerce. Accordingly, cooperation with partners from various industries will be further intensified and targeted acquisitions will be sought. In September 2020, for example, Jungheinrich announced that it would be acquiring a stake in robotics start-up Magazino to combine the competences of both companies in the field of mobile automation within the framework of a strategic cooperation.
TRUMPF and Jungheinrich are working together on a fully automated factory
In its smart factories in Ditzingen (Germany) and Chicago (USA), TRUMPF integrates automated guided vehicles (AGVs) from Jungheinrich for its customers’ sheet metal processing. The AGVs transport sheet metal parts between the various tool machines and storage positions independently; communication takes place via specialised interfaces directly with the production machines. Manual transport work can thus be automated and storage times at the machines greatly reduced. By combining the skills of both companies, the material flow in interconnected manufacturing will be made much more efficient in the future.

THE “DIGITAL WAREHOUSE OF THE FUTURE” – MADE BY JUNGHEINRICH
NEW PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS MODELS THROUGH DIGITALISATION
We are intensifying our activities in the area of digitalisation and pushing the development of new product and business models. Priority is being given to the consistent further development of the “digital warehouse” with the aid of artificial intelligence and Big Data, among other things. The number of trucks monitored as part of digital fleet management is to be doubled from around 111,000 today to more than 230,000 trucks in 2025. To this end, we are expanding our range of digital products in the area of fleet management, but also warehouse and battery management systems, and are also planning to expand our portfolio in safety and assistance systems.
Predictive maintenance is one of the most tangible applications of Industry 4.0
Condition data of machines or trucks are recorded directly in order to detect damage preventively and arrange timely maintenance. A fundamental prerequisite for predictive maintenance is the storage, processing and analysis of extensive amounts of data. That’s why Jungheinrich has been equipping its forklift trucks with an integrated telematics box since 2019. This gives customers a comprehensive overview of their trucks and their use. By interconnecting the truck fleet, Jungheinrich is able to process information about error messages even faster, thus accelerating response times and minimising downtimes.
LITHIUM-ION TECHNOLOGY FOR MORE SAFETY, SUSTAINABILITY AND EFFICIENCY IN THE WAREHOUSE
ELECTRIC MOBILITY IS OUR CORE COMPETENCE
We are already the number one in warehouse energy efficiency, taking a leading position within the industry in developing innovative energy systems. More than 1,000,000 Jungheinrich electric trucks are currently in use around the world. No other company in intralogistics relies so consistently on the lithium-ion battery. In 2021, we will be celebrating an anniversary in this area, because exactly ten years ago Jungheinrich was the first forklift manufacturer to launch a series-produced truck with lithium-ion drive. We intend to further extend our industry lead in this technology and the goal is to achieve a lithium-ion equipment ratio of over 70 per cent in 2025 among the trucks we sell. To this end, further truck models with fully integrated lithium-ion technology will be launched on the market in the coming years.

OUR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MAKES PROCESSES AND STRUCTURES MORE EFFICIENT
With our Strategy 2025+, we are also accelerating our own digital transformation. The aim is to consistently increase efficiency within the Group. In this context, all processes and structures of the company will be reviewed and optimised in order to increase Jungheinrich’s profitability and effectiveness. To this end, the ongoing DEEP and N-Ex-T programmes in particular are being driven forward.
DEEP (Digital End-to-End Processes)
DEEP is Jungheinrich’s long-term programme to ensure the Group’s future viability on the basis of lean processes, valid data models and modern and modular IT. The common goal is absolute customer centricity and maximum Group efficiency.
N-Ex-T (Network Excellence Technics)
N-Ex-T is a transformation project to implement a modern organisational structure in our engineering division. In addition, processes in the plants as well as in purchasing, quality and development are being further optimised with the aim of becoming even more efficient.
PARTNER COMPANIES IN MORE THAN 80 OTHER COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD
WE THINK GLOBALLY AND ACT LOCALLY
To date, Jungheinrich is active in 40 countries with its own direct sales companies and in approximately 80 other countries through partners. Currently, 24 per cent of Group revenue is generated in Germany and 87 per cent in Europe. In order to expand our global presence, we will in future place particular focus on our activities in the markets of Europe, China and North America. Abook 520hd driver download for windows 10. Together these account for more than 80 per cent of the world market in intralogistics. We plan to further increase the share of our revenue outside Europe. In addition, the proportion of foreign managers is to be further increased.

SUSTAINABILITY IS PART OF OUR DNA AND THE BASIS OF OUR ACTIVITIES
In our Strategy 2025+, we take a holistic view of sustainability in its economic, environmental and social dimension. As part of the global society, we are aware of our corporate responsibility and want to create added value for all stakeholders through our actions. Within the mechanical engineering industry, Jungheinrich is already among the most sustainable 2 per cent of companies. Our new Strategy 2025+ even more firmly anchors the topic of sustainability within the company, setting out ambitious goals. As part of this, we have set ourselves the goal of achieving climate neutrality.
Jungheinrich has joined the 50 Sustainability & Climate Leaders initiative to lead the way, together with other international corporations, in the fight against climate change, contributing to the achievement of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
